Softr or a custom portal?
Softr is quicker and cheaper to start with when your data is already in Airtable or Sheets and the screens are fairly standard. A custom portal makes sense for complex logic, heavy traffic or a branded product your customers pay for.
Is our data safe in a Softr portal?
It can be, if user groups and visibility rules are set up carefully. We test them with a real account for each role before launch.
Can you move us off Softr later?
Yes. The data moves to Supabase or PostgreSQL with every record checked, and we rebuild the screens your team actually uses.
