AWSBuild & ship layer

AWS development and hosting for apps, data and AI

We build and host on Amazon Web Services when an app needs more than a simple platform can give it: containers on ECS and Fargate, functions on Lambda, PostgreSQL on RDS, files on S3 behind CloudFront, and AI models through Bedrock. Everything is defined as code in your repository, in an AWS account your company owns.

What we build

What we build with AWS

Apps and APIs

Containers on ECS and Fargate or functions on Lambda, behind a load balancer or API Gateway, deployed from GitHub.

Data

RDS PostgreSQL with backups, S3 for files and exports, and scheduled jobs that move data where reports need it.

Infrastructure as code

CDK or Terraform for every resource, so staging and production match and nothing depends on someone clicking in the console.

Why Widle

AWS when you need the whole cloud

Most small apps don’t need AWS. When yours does, for scale, compliance, a specific service or a team that already runs on it, we set it up so it stays understandable.

  1. 01

    Least-privilege access

IAM roles per service instead of one admin key, and secrets in Secrets Manager rather than environment files.

  2. 02

    No surprise bills

Budgets and cost alerts set up on day one, and services sized for the traffic you actually have.

  3. 03

    Only what you need

We use the few AWS services your app needs, not a diagram full of them. Fewer parts, fewer things to break.

AWS FAQs

Do we need AWS, or is Render or Vercel enough?

For most small and mid-sized apps, a simpler platform is enough and cheaper to run. AWS makes sense when you need a service only it offers, strict network or compliance requirements, or your company already runs there.

Can you move our app to AWS?

Yes. From Heroku, Render, Railway or a VPS, with the database copied and checked before the switch, and a way back if something goes wrong.

Whose AWS account is it?

Yours. We work in an account your company owns, with our access through roles you can remove at any time.

Can you use Claude or other models on AWS?

Yes. Amazon Bedrock gives access to Claude and other models inside your AWS account, which helps when data has to stay there.
