Is Data Studio the same as Looker Studio?
Yes. Google renamed Looker Studio back to Data Studio in 2026. Existing reports and data sources moved over automatically, and the paid tier is now Data Studio Pro.
Is Data Studio the same as Looker?
No. Looker is Google’s separate enterprise BI platform. Data Studio is the reporting tool most teams use for everyday dashboards.
Why are our dashboards slow or showing different numbers?
