AI Prototype to Production

From AI-built prototype to production app

Lovable, Bolt, Replit and Rocket get an idea working in days. We make it hold up with real users: secure data, reliable logins and payments, tests, monitoring, and code your team owns. We helped a client build their CRM with Lovable.

Sound familiar?

Problems we fix

If your app was built with an AI app builder, these will sound familiar.

Works in the demo, breaks with real users

Edge cases, slow pages and errors appear as soon as real people and real data arrive.

Security nobody has checked

Database rules, API keys and permissions were generated, not reviewed. One gap can expose customer data.

Every fix breaks something else

Prompting for fixes burns credits and time, and a change in one place quietly breaks another.

Stuck on the platform

Hosting, database and logins are tied to the builder, and moving off it feels risky.

What we build

What you get

Security review and fixes

Database access rules, authentication, secrets and permissions checked and fixed before launch.

Code your team can own

Code in your GitHub, cleaned up and documented, so any developer can work on it.

Logins, payments and email

Reliable sign-up, roles, Stripe billing and transactional email, tested end to end.

Tests and monitoring

Automated tests on the flows that matter, plus error tracking and uptime alerts.

Your own hosting

A move to Vercel, Supabase, AWS or Google Cloud when you need control over cost and data.

AI features done properly

If the app uses AI, we add evaluation, cost limits and fallbacks.

How it works

From first call to running in production

  1. Week 1

    Code and security review

We read the code, database and settings, and send a written list of what to fix first.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Fix what blocks launch

Security, logins, data and payments, in order of risk.

  3. Then

    Production setup

Tests, monitoring, backups and, if you want it, a move to your own hosting.

  4. Ongoing

    Keep building

Keep using the builder for quick changes, or hand the code to developers, ours or yours.

AI Prototype to Production FAQs

Do we have to stop using Lovable, Bolt or Replit?

No. Many teams keep the builder for quick changes and bring in developers for security, integrations and anything complex. When the app outgrows the builder, we move the code to your own stack.

Can you work with code the AI generated?

Yes. We start by reading it and tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix and what to rewrite.

Have you worked with these tools before?

Yes. We helped a client build their CRM with Lovable.

How long does it take to get to production?

It depends on what the review finds. After the first week you get a written fix list and a fixed-scope estimate.

Is this a rebuild?

Usually not. We keep what works and fix what doesn’t. A rebuild only makes sense when the generated code can’t be made safe or maintainable, and we’ll explain why.
